  All days are amazing but it’s never like this particular one, 27th October 2018.....changed it all. Beatrice was made happy this day. When I held her in my arms, after all the days struggles...wishes and prayers...tears of joy came running down my dark skinned chicks.  Remembering all this....it started on a Saturday morning when I had to go to work as usual at Mediavision Academy..... Having no idea that the pain (Labor pains) would welcome me on such an afternoon.  Saturdays are days where we always had staff meetings and they were exhausting but great to have ideas and see how to take the company to the next level. On Tuesday 11 October, 2022.......I was the odd woman out amidst three gentlemen....including James Ssemwanga..the Website designer and administrator, the Director of Mediavision Academy, Robert Nkambo and Daniel Meboya a Communication Specialist. MEDIAVISION ACADEMY Strategic Plan 2023-2027,  A step towards a sustainable future I was honored to lead a staff meeting which focused on streamlining key aspects of how the Academy will look like in the next five years to come. It has been a great adventure and the entire process has been interesting and educative.  Flickr is one of the most popular online photo sharing programs available. If you join Flickr, it will take you just a few minutes to get set up and then you can start uploading and sharing your images. Flicker provides a free account that allows you to upload 100MB per month. This is an application that all organisations and individuals ought to embrace since it is one of the safest ways of attracting income through uploading photos of great interest to other organisations nationally and internationally. Wow, what a day!   My day in the office has lots of fun, full of exciting feelings, in short a conducive environment that can help make things happen.  My second spell to the Academy started early in September 2022 as the only Communications Officer.  Ooh yes, I couldn't help, but to rejoin the institution I left due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The ambiance with passionate students who aspire to lead the film industry in Uganda, and why not worldwide, one really wants to be part and parcel of that time that guide mainly young people to their destiny.  As the mantra of the Academy goes: "Where Dreams Come True", it is exciting to witness how the students' talents in the areas of video, television, radio, film, photography are being unlocked by professional and seasoned tutors.  It is, indeed, passionate to witness that! I organised the event, where the Academy was one of the sponsors of the premiere in offering photographer at the event.  I organized a team of 13 people including staff and students who participated in the event.     Amulo Beatrice in Office working on the rate card for the production of A documentary on Tree Platting  Communication gives us a vast area of doing different activities. On this particular day my great achievement has been on creating a rate card. On Friday 7th October, I received a call from one of the team leaders of this project of producing a documentary on Tree Planting, one of a big project from National water.
