The MANIA Red Carpet Movie Premiere: A symbol of our continuous and renewed commitment for the promotion of Ugandan films

  On Friday 11 November 2022, the newly-established film production house Afriwood Studioz unrolled what has been cited as the inaugural maiden feature film – Mania and red carpet proceeding at the National Theatre in the Ugandan’s capital city, Kampala.   Ragga Dee, born Daniel Kazibwe, a Ugandan musician and politician. The public turned out in force to witness the release in the cinemas of the feature film driven by obsession and mental disorder, which is portrayed through the manic character of Caren, one of the main characters, and hence, the title of Mania.   Directed by Samuel Savoir Kizito, the multi-award-winning Ugandan filmmaker who is also the founder of Kyooto (Kyooto Media Group), the film is already the subject of many comments, both for its cinematographic quality and its teaching virtues.   At the Mania premiere, Grace Genevieve Tusiime and Angel Toni Acer -- who have both co-produced the feature film -- have now realized that they are writing a new chapter in the

27 OCTOBER.......A SPECIAL DAY AND INSPIRATIONAL TO ME!

  All days are amazing but it’s never like this particular one, 27th October 2018.....changed it all. Beatrice was made happy this day. When I held her in my arms, after all the days struggles...wishes and prayers...tears of joy came running down my dark skinned chicks.  Remembering all this....it started on a Saturday morning when I had to go to work as usual at Mediavision Academy..... Having no idea that the pain (Labor pains) would welcome me on such an afternoon.  Saturdays are days where we always had staff meetings and they were exhausting but great to have ideas and see how to take the company to the next level. MEDIAVISION ACADEMY Strategic Plan 2023-2027,  A step towards a sustainable future I was honored to lead a staff meeting which focused on streamlining key aspects of how the Academy will look like in the next five years to come. As a communication officer, and team leader, one my main roles is providing a strategic plan for the organisation so as to streamline the image of the company in all angles.  The process of building a strategic plan for an organisation is always not a simple task.
